As a resort it's quite good for pools and entrance into water park, food like most all inclusive not the best but a few good dishes throughout the week. Biggest downfall is the swarms of wasps around all day and you cannot relax at all, even worse are the huge hornets, 8 of us went and 5 got stung through out the week, having wasps nests on the buildings don't help. Also the endless trip hazards around the resort that are not highlighted and could cause a nasty fall Afraíd would not return to Corfu

I’ll start with the good, because there was some good. Unfortunately, there was also enough bad to make me question whether I’d accidentally booked a resort-based social experiment. The good: The pool area is good, although the pools really need heating out of season. My one-year-old son was physically shivering after getting in, so we had to get him out. Not quite the relaxing family swim we had in mind. The lifeguards were a nice touch and were genuinely lovely. They were attentive and friendly, which was reassuring with a toddler around. The play park was lovely and my son absolutely loved it. It does need some shade though. Greek sunshine + toddler + exposed play equipment isn’t a particularly sophisticated equation. The water park is good, with plenty of variety in the slides. It’s disappointing that the all-inclusive doesn’t extend to the water park, particularly as you can come and go from the resort. We went once and I’d probably recommend doing it in one solid half-day and getting it ticked off. It’s good, but I didn’t feel any urge to go back repeatedly. The animation team’s mini disco was good, although it seemed surprisingly late for a resort marketed so heavily towards families with young children. Being close to the airport was excellent. Very little transfer faff, which is always welcome after travelling with a small child. The courtesy bus into Corfu Town was also useful. One of the drivers was bizarrely aggressive when my husband loaded the pram into the boot while the driver sat in his seat chatting to his mate. Apparently the pram-loading procedure is a highly sensitive diplomatic matter. The bad: This place is Waspville. There are wasps absolutely everywhere. Two people in our party were stung, and there were also some enormous, Pokémon-looking hornets flying around. To be fair, this seems to be a wider Corfu issue rather than something unique to the resort, and September/October may simply be a particularly unfortunate time to visit if you dislike sharing your holiday with flying venom. There were also wasp nests above a number of the lower-floor rooms, which isn’t particularly appealing when you’re trying to relax on your balcony. The drinks are bizarre. They’re incredibly strong-tasting but somehow also seem to contain absolutely no alcohol whatsoever. I had several beers and cocktails and experienced no noticeable buzz from anything other than the wasp infestation. I’m honestly still trying to work out the chemistry of this. There was also almost always a queue at the bar. At busy times I’d imagine it could get pretty painful, as even during quieter periods the queue could be five or six deep. The two young male bartenders were very polite and friendly. The young female bartender, however, appeared to be contemplating literally any other career. The food was one of the biggest disappointments. On the first night there was a genuinely lovely pork carvery, and at one point there was a very good gyros. Neither ever appeared again, presumably having been promoted to a better resort. A lot of the remaining food managed the impressive feat of being both overcooked and cold, while also being fairly bland and looking distinctly unappealing. Most of the desserts seemed to be variations on the theme of mousse/cream. If you like beige food served at approximately room temperature, you’ll be absolutely flying. The resort itself is marketed heavily towards families, but I’m not convinced the physical layout is particularly family-friendly. There are uneven cobbles, ledges, steps and trip hazards everywhere. Getting to the entertainment areas involves stairs, meaning anyone with a pram or wheelchair has to wait for the one small, slow lift or attempt to navigate through the restaurant while everyone else is fighting their way to the buffet. There is also a soft play area that we never saw open, despite experiencing a flash flood, which seemed like exactly the sort of occasion when a soft play might be useful. The arcade also seemed to spend most of its time locked. The lobby bar is apparently the fallback option when the weather turns bad. Unfortunately, it has all the atmosphere of a dentist’s waiting room. No music, magnolia walls, shabby pleather sofas and extremely bright 8000K lighting. There was also a very expensive-looking television which remained resolutely switched off. A cosy rainy-day bar this is not. We also did the Asian dinner by the wave pool, which was a slightly bizarre experience. The food was essentially another buffet, much like the main restaurant, and was again cold. Somehow the bao buns were practically rock solid. The whole thing also involved going somewhere less convenient to eat, only to have someone come over and offer to get your drinks for you, but apparently only the beers. A tip jar then appeared on the table about five minutes after we arrived. Honestly, I’d rather have just got my own beer. The rooms were decent enough, but there were essentially no amenities. The shower gel was extremely watered down and there wasn’t even a bottle of water in the room, which I found particularly strange for an all-inclusive resort. The air-con was either freezing or boiling, with apparently no middle ground. We didn’t have a remote for ours, which I mentioned to reception. They told me to use the wall dial instead. The wall dial did absolutely nothing. The large bed is actually two single beds pushed together, which isn’t necessarily an issue until you discover that none of the bedding is big enough to properly cover the join. At 3am, when the room is freezing, this becomes considerably less charming. The evening entertainment takes place on the roof of the lobby. Probably absolutely fine in summer, but when we were there it was absolutely freezing. It didn’t seem to deter the topless karaoke enthusiasts though, so your mileage may vary. Pool towels are collected from reception, with a €10 charge if one goes missing, and you have to sign them in and out. Many of the towels have clearly seen better days. If anyone is actually stealing these things, I’d be amazed. The whole process is more tedious than the towels are valuable. Then there was the maid situation, which was probably the strangest thing of the entire holiday. Every. Single. Day. The resort has a modern-looking do-not-disturb/make-up-room switch which lights up a board outside the room. We used it. They still came in. Every day, there would be a knock, the door would open and we’d get: “Clean?” On one occasion I was completely naked. I just stood there thinking: Obviously not? Is there something wrong with you? And somehow, this even happened when the deadbolt was locked. It is quite funny to recount now, but at the time it was genuinely unsettling. Regardless of the comedy value, entering occupied rooms when the do-not-disturb sign is active, and apparently even when the deadbolt is engaged, is a serious safety and privacy issue. Then we had an even more worrying incident involving another member of our party checking in. They arrived in the middle of the night with two small children, entered the room they had been given, and found a woman asleep in their bed. I genuinely don’t know how this happens. Imagine arriving at a resort in the middle of the night with two young children, opening the door to your room and finding a complete stranger asleep in the bed. They were obviously completely shaken up by it, and understandably so. Again, this isn’t just a funny holiday story. It’s a massive safety issue and shows a real lack of care around who is being given access to which rooms. After the daily maid incidents, it was particularly difficult to have any confidence that the room allocation and access systems were being handled properly. Our arrival wasn’t particularly smooth either. There was no food available when we arrived and even the water dispensers were empty. Staff also tried to put an all-inclusive wristband on my one-year-old, which was presumably in preparation for his first serious session at the cocktail bar. On departure, we were quoted €250 for a late checkout. €250. I wouldn’t have paid €25. As a result, we had to get changed and showered in the back of the gym/luggage storage area. It was a dirty, badly lit storeroom, and the showers didn’t lock. It was, frankly, grim. Finally, I feel I have to mention the general atmosphere and behaviour of some guests, because it was quite extraordinary. We witnessed two physical fights during our stay, including one man being knocked unconscious at the front of the resort. We believe the police were called. We left to have dinner elsewhere, partly because we were genuinely bemused and disgusted by what we’d witnessed. What was particularly strange was seeing the people involved still around the resort the following day. I appreciate that a hotel can’t possibly control every guest’s behaviour, but it did leave us wondering about the level of security. It certainly wasn’t something I’d want to see regularly at a resort marketed towards families. There didn’t appear to be much security presence at all. Overall: I’m honestly amazed this is a TUI product. I’ll be writing to TUI directly as well, because I’d be genuinely interested to know how this experience fits with the standards they expect from one of their holiday products. Two stars feels generous. The wasps would probably give it five.

Lovely rooms, odd layout lots of walking but good pools and decent food. Only downside is the place is riddled with wasps like everywhere all the time. You can’t enjoy a drink or sunbathe. I’ve been here 2 days and been stung twice already really spoiled the holiday.

I went there for my first holiday with a friend; the staff and reception team were friendly and easy to deal with. The room was clean and well-prepared, and the atmosphere—both day and night—was calm and pleasant. There were great attractions nearby, but what I enjoyed most were the nightly performances and guest interactions, as well as the team running them: Nina, Natalia, Anastasia, and Loris. They deserve high praise—open, friendly, and fun—and if there’s one thing I miss the most, it’s them. The bartenders deserve a shout-out too. Overall, the hotel and its location are excellent—perfectly situated between the beach and Corfu Town. I have wonderful memories of the whole holiday and will really miss it. And a quick message to my friends: YEEEEEES!!!!

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 There were WASPS everywhere around both pools and the pool bar, and even in our room. The soundproofing is terrible — you can hear absolutely everything, with almost no privacy. Housekeeping also entered our room twice despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign. We were told there would be a shuttle to the sea, but there was none. Without it, getting to the beach is very difficult and taxis are extremely expensive. The food was also disappointing — dishes were repeated very often, and overall we did not find the food tasty. Finally, check-in was only at 3 PM, although our flight landed at 10 AM. Overall, definitely not the experience we expected from a 4-star resort.
