Stayed for 7 days with Gate1 tour… Excellent location… bus stop to Marbella city center & Marbella bus station is right at corner… front desk staff are super friendly & helpful… especially Jorge(George)… wonderful selections & good quality of breakfast… clean & spacious room…what’s not to love?!

We had a lovely three-night stay at Occidental Puerto Banús and really enjoyed our time there. The hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the heart of Puerto Banús and within easy reach of the marina, shops, restaurants and beach. Our Superior Triple Room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for the three of us. Breakfast was a great way to start the day, and the hotel had a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. They even put a nice surprise for my daughters birthday in our room. Overall, we had a very enjoyable break and found the hotel a great base for exploring Puerto Banús and Marbella. We would happily recommend Occidental Puerto Banús and would definitely consider staying again.

A great central hotel with good facilities, close to the town and marina. Very friendly staff. We will be back.

We had a wonderful experience at Occidental Puerto Banús. The service was excellent, the breakfast was outstanding, and the hotel’s location right in the heart of Puerto Banús is absolutely perfect. What truly deserves special recognition is the staff. Everyone was polite, attentive, and genuinely committed to providing personalised service. A special thank you to Antonio at the reception for his exceptional courtesy, professionalism, and help with our reservation. His kindness and willingness to assist made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for excellent service, a fantastic breakfast, and a perfect location. We would be delighted to stay here again!
