My stay at Eurostars Puerto de Ibiza was unfortunately marked by a serious lack of sleep and an overall feeling of poor service. The main issue was the temperature in the room. The air conditioning was set to heating only, and we were advised by staff to simply open the window. This was not a viable solution, as the hotel is located next to several bars with noisy guests, a supermarket, luggage storage, and heavy traffic including motorcycles and cars. We could even clearly hear conversations from other guests on nearby balconies. The noise continued throughout most of the night and only quieted down between 3:00 AM and 5:30 AM, resulting in very limited and poor-quality sleep. The breakfast buffet, however, was very good, and the staff there were active, attentive, and genuinely friendly – definitely one of the highlights of the stay. Unfortunately, the reception experience was the opposite. The staff seemed indifferent and not particularly welcoming, mostly focused on their computers. There was barely any interaction, not even during check-out, where you would normally expect at least a basic level of engagement. The room itself was okay, but it was difficult to see how it qualifies as “Deluxe” as described in the booking. We had to ask for coffee every day, and only one cup per person was provided daily. The bathroom also had a leak, which appeared to have been there for some time, as the nearby furniture showed visible signs of water damage. The pool area was locked during our stay, which was disappointing—especially as the weather was nice. It would have been appreciated just to have access to the area, even without using the pool. Overall, the hotel does not meet expectations. The lack of proper sleep due to constant noise, combined with poor handling of indoor climate and an unengaged reception team, significantly impacted our stay and overall vacation experience.

We stayed an emergency night during the floods in October 2025. With the goal of getting warmed up we bought four spa access tickets during the booking process, only to find out that kids needed to be over 16. We were then offered breakfast instead, but found out that breakfast is quite a lot cheaper than spa access, which does not very customer-friendly. We found reception staff quite unfriendly and stand-offish. A small smile would have gone a long way in a moment like this flood. I also noticed that we heard people talking in the next room, so the walls must be quite thin.

Scam company. They offer you one price and then just before offer you an upgrade. The upgrade on their site says it’s free but then I got an email saying the price increased by 450E. I called the reservations number who say only the hotel can help. The hotel doesn’t answer.
