Nativo Hotel Ibiza

The hotel is a beautiful design boutique hotel, built a few years ago. Location from beach and town are a bit remote, meaning you absolutely need a car to get around, not to mention that parking around the hotel is difficult as it’s a residential area (hotel proposes parking at €10.- per day). There are no « indoor » restaurant facilities, in case of wind and bad weather, you have to cover up… The management is really catastrophic, the reception is like a « concierge booth », not to mention that nothing is ready on arrival. We had important issues with our room, there was no ventilation whatsoever in the toilet, and no window either (this is prohibited by Spanish law). We told the receptionist the next day, and they replied that we had to send a WhatsApp message for them to deal with the matter. They eventually sent a maintenance guy over while we where out, and he told the receptionist that everything was fine. I checked, and it wasn’t… Then started the problems, there was no maintenance guy anymore, heed gone home… The following day, I told them that this had to be fixed and they explained that « it was like that », the vent system is a natural draft system, no mechanical venison, which is ok with me, except that the draft doesn’t work. The duty manager said that she trusted her staff, and that according to them, it wasn’t ok. They finally proposed to move us to another room, but before moving, we checked it, and it wasn’t the same « no ventilation/aeriation », so we declined their offer. Nothing was done during our stay, and as we’d paid in advance (it’s the hotel policy), we couldn’t change hôtel without loosing money… Not a single apology, nothing, just pay and shut up

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Nativo. The view from our room was perfect, the room was kept spotlessly clean and we had daily supplies of tea and coffee, fresh towels etc. The staff are really friendly and the service standard was high. The pool was kept clean and the areas around the pool were regularly cleaned, pool towels were always available. As a couple we found going in the school holidays to be quite busy, and breaksfast was chaotic and stressful, this would be our major negative. Loud Music was played around the pool areas day and night and we could hear the music in our room late into the evening. The food was nice although we thought it lacked choice. The restaurant in the evening lacked ambience and was cold due to it being April and it being outdoors. It was also cold in the mornings at breakfast. We would return but we would hope that some of the changes were made and we would not return as a couple without children in the school holidays we would look to go adults only.

Fantastic stay at NATIVO Hotel. Room with balcony perfect as very private. Huge comfy bed. Nutritious and very good range for breakfast. Staff especially Roberto on reception and Renato were very friendly and helpful. Cocktails on roof for sunset perfect.

We had a lovely time at Nativo hotel in early September. The boheme room was huge and well equipped. The room was cleaned daily and replenished with water and coffee pods. The breakfast was excellent and the rooftop bar stunning. The staff were all super friendly which made our stay very special. We will definitely be returning.

We stayed for 4 nights and we would highly recommend this hotel The hotel is a hidden gem in Siesta approximately 15 mins walk into Santa Eulàlia If you’re looking for a chilled and relaxing hotel, this is the right hotel for you. Lovely bar and pool area with an adults only rooftop pool area. The staff really make this hotel an amazing place to stay. All really friendly and a special mention to Felix behind the bar who is a real asset to this hotel.
