Nativo Hotel Ibiza

The pros Nice large rooms and breakfast good. Like the more boutique style versus larger hotels. Cons Apart from one girl at reception, I found staff not that friendly or helpful, I asked for some restaurant recommendations, was told she did not know as she was not from the area. The sand theme is more of a marketing irritant that a cool vibe. Roof top pool does not open until 11am and the wood is varnished in a way that stains a lot if leave bags on it. Location a bit too removed from Santa Eularia so spent a lot of money on taxis. Toiletries in room poor no body lotion a basic in my opinion and floor is slippy. As I stayed with my adult adult the open bathroom format was not great. Also had a dripping ceiling and floor mat that was curled up a safety hazard. Gym was basic and no water provided. over it lacked attention to details and little touches that would make it a proper 4 star. I think there are better options in Santa Eularia and probably would not stay here again.

Such a fantastic hotel for many reasons The swim up room we had ( 2 adult, 1 child) was lovely. There was plenty of space around the complex with cabana beds, hammocks and rooftop pool and sun beds. Breakfast was a vast choice and available until 11am so great if you wanted a sleep in. Staff were soo incredibly helpful. The gym was lovely and always available. There was a small convenience store round the corner which was super handy when we went on day trips and needed a packed lunch. It was in a good position to get to las Dallas but equally great to get to Ibiza town and San Antonio Really highly recommend and would definitely stay there again

Food was not the best but the staff, pools and rooms were extremely good. Would definitely return.

This hotel really grew on me the longer we stayed. It was beautiful, relaxed and the staff were friendly. The only negative is that I wish we had more information when we arrived. We did not know timings for restaurants, pools etc and there was a Lido about 100 m away, which we stumbled on when trying to guess where the bus was going to stop on the way home. We would have loved to gone there but it was too late. All in all, I would recommend. Thank you

Just returned from a 10 night stay . Arrived very late due to a flight delay check in was very slow and problem paying local tax. No information provided re breakfast times, free bike rental or towel service as we got told off for changing towels daily which we were unaware they were to be changed every second day. The room we were allocated 1102 was a large room , unfortunately this was facing the side of hotel with a tree and directly about the breakfast area which was very noisy in the morning. We did ask to be moved and the hotel were happy to accommodate but not until our 3rd night and by this point we could not be bothered with packing. The room itself was clean however absolutely no storage for 3 people on a 10 night holiday so we laid out all our clothes on a ledge on the floor. The breakfast was lovely and fresh but at times was very busy but it is August and the busy time of season. Lovely fresh offer and ice lattes made to order. The hotel itself is a good 30 minute walk to marina however guests should note the hotel is on a hill and walk back up is hard going. The roof top pool area is lovely and well kept. Unfortunately the same standards did not apply to the main pool area . I felt the beds look tiered and stained and lots of bushes hanging over the beds . I think this needs maintained much better as there also a lot of wasps around the main pool area. Sadly I would not return to this hotel is it was very expensive and things need to be improved and updated as beds and bean bags around pool look tiered.
