Riomar Ibiza, a Tribute Portfolio

Well what can I say everything was excellent from the first walking in through the hotel door everyone was so welcoming and professional The hotel was excellent and the staff amazing from the restaurant staff, reception and the beach staff couldn’t do enough for us The food was excellent really fresh The rooms were lovely kept really clean Our stay was lovely and we will be going back So big thank you to everyone who made our trip so enjoyable

hotel and resort lived up to our expectations. The Riomar is the best-positioned hotel in the town with perfect views of the bay and coastline. We have visited all the 4 and 5-star hotels here and really recommend this hotel. Staff are exceptional, both super friendly and efficient . Oscar, the front office manager, has built up a great team, and it is almost unfair to single out individuals, but we particularly appreciated Neeve and Valeria (hopefully spelt correctly) Food was excellent and the menu improved from previous years. Rooms quite small but well-appointed and beautifully maintained. We hope to return again in September.

We visited Hotel Riomar in May during our fifth visit to Santa Eulària, but it was our first time staying at the Riomar. Our friends had stayed here twice before and highly recommended it, and we can honestly say it exceeded our expectations. From arrival to departure, everything was excellent. The staff are incredibly attentive and genuinely go above and beyond to make your stay feel special. Manuel was outstanding and really deserves a special mention. He made us feel so comfortable around the pool and always ensured we were looked after – he truly shines. Andrea was also wonderful, always remembering that I like a latte with breakfast, which is such a lovely personal touch. In fact, every member of the team, from housekeeping to management, works hard to make your holiday and memories perfect. The hotel is spotless throughout and even smells gorgeous the moment you walk in. Breakfast offered plenty of choice, and the food served around the pool was excellent. The beds, both by the pool and in the rooms, were extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax and unwind. My only suggestion would be to add a few more hooks near the room entrance for jackets, bags or longer garments, as wardrobe space is a little limited. Overall, this was a fantastic stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to return. Thank you to everyone at Hotel Riomar for making our holiday so memorable

Our stay at Hotel Riomar was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel welcomed and cared for in a way that truly elevated our experience. The front desk staff—Sarah, Paula, Pablo, Elena, Alejandro, and the rest of the team—were incredibly professional, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile. The pool service was outstanding, with Manuel, Daniel, and Carles consistently providing attentive and warm service. Noah at the entrance also deserves recognition for his constant kindness and welcoming energy. The level of hospitality here is truly something special. We will absolutely be back.

Peaceful break in this lovely hotel with great service. Pool and beach food good. Rooms are lovely. The hot breakfast could be improved.
