W Ibiza

Great holiday at W Ibiza despite a few room changes! Thanks to Cristina for the upgrade following the torrential storm we had. The hotel is in a great situation on the beachfront within walking distance to restaurants and nearby marina. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The staff at the hotel are all friendly and helpful. The breakfast is a la carte and is great with lots of choices. The breakfast room was always busy however runs very smoothly and efficiently thanks to Sebastian who is a fantastic host. Lots of other great servers to, especially Vicky who always had a smile on her face and sorry did not get everyones name. Glow rooftop has amazing views together with a lovely pool and bar area great for adults in the daytime. The bar staff are all amazing, very knowledgeable and friendly and treated us well. Thanks to Edoardo, Jose, Mirko and Leonardo just great servers always fun to chat with. We also had a few meals at Steps during our stay, great pizza and pasta. Thanks to Abel and Rahim for their friendly and helpful service to. Shame Yellow Fish was not open during out stay we will have to return.

What a fabulous hotel! We had a wonderful week here in a super-comfortable room overlooking the pool and sea. Everyone so friendly and helpful particularly at breakfast and by the pools. The Glow Bar was perfect for a pre-dinner aperitif at sunset. We booked this hotel as a treat and it proved to be worth every penny. Top Tip - Ask the Concierge Team to help you. They booked a number of busy restaurants for us and secured tables in prime positions at the times we wanted. They must have great powers of persuasion!

Fantastic hotel located just next to the beach in Santa Eulalia. We had a great suite on the second floor with marvelous sea views and great amenities. Very comfortable bed as well. Breakfast is anla carte and included, associates working there very kind. Thabk you tomas and all associates to accommodate us so well!

A perfect girlfriends getaway at W Ibiza! From Ruud at Front desk, Maria at Guest Experience & Sabastian, host at breakfast, and all other interactions with who I forgot their names, the service was wonderful! Plus the cleanliness of the room, and location - everything was the best! Thank you!!!

The hotel is beautiful and perfectly located on the sea front in Santa Eulalia. The staff were so friendly and helpful and we were well looked after. The rooms and beds were so comfortable and the food delicious . We will definitely be back
