Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah

Pobyt byl přes cestovní kancelář, měli jsme polopenzi a pokoj pro tři s výhledem moře . Výhled na moře, jsme měli, když jsme se vyklonili z balkonu, jinak jsme se koukali do oken sousedního balkonu. Pristylku jsme museli urgovat. Když jsme upozornili cestovní kancelář, ze pokoj neodpovídá námi zaplacené dovolené, hotel Jim sdělil, ze to je vyhlídka na moře a ze máme smůlu. Nicméně jsme šli na recepci a pokoj nám vyměnili….. Druhy problém nastal asi po trech dnech, první tři večeře proběhly naprosto v pořádku, chodili jsme do restaurace kde byla perfektní nabídka jídla …. Pak nás ale poslali jinam s tím, ze hotel nestíhá a ze máme jít do vedlejší jídelny, kde byla třetina z původní nabídky, když jsem se po dvou večerech ozvala, řekli nám, ze máme přijít později nejlépe v 19.30, následující den večer, kdy jsme přišli v určenou hodinu, nás opět poslali do vedlejší jídelny s tím, ze opět nestíhají ….. pobyt stal pro dva dospělé a dítě opravdu hodně peněz …. Hotel je krásný, ale takhle si služby špičkového hotelu opravdu nepředstavují …. První dvě fotografie jsou z původního hotelu a třetí po výměně …..

Having previously stayed at Marriott during our visits to Dubai, we decided to try Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah for the very first time. And what a pleasant surprise it turned out to be! Hilton absolutely lives up to the standards we have come to expect from excellent five-star hotels. In fact, for families travelling with children, we found certain aspects of the experience even more enjoyable. We are here with our two children, aged 9 and 12, and chose the full-board package. The dining experience has been outstanding. Breakfast is particularly impressive, with an excellent selection of European and international dishes, fresh ingredients and something delicious for every taste. What deserves special recognition, however, is the organisation. Despite the hotel being fully booked, the breakfast experience remains relaxed and comfortable. Tables are available, the team works efficiently, and guests never feel overwhelmed by the number of people. This is hospitality management done right. Dinner has been equally enjoyable, especially the excellent seafood selection and variety of beautifully prepared hot dishes. The pool area is fantastic, the surroundings are beautifully maintained, and the hotel itself offers a wonderful balance of elegance, comfort and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere. Our room is spotless, comfortable and thoughtfully maintained. Even as a family of four, we have been sleeping comfortably on the two large beds. A small tip for families: if the room layout permits, moving the beds closer together can make the sleeping arrangement even more convenient when travelling with children. The staff deserve particular appreciation. Everyone we have encountered has been friendly, professional, attentive and genuinely willing to help. Housekeeping is excellent, and everything is handled promptly and efficiently. What makes a truly great hotel is not simply its beautiful interiors or five-star facilities. It is the ability to make every guest feel genuinely welcome, even when the property is operating at full capacity. Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah manages to achieve exactly that. Having experienced other excellent hotels in Dubai, we can confidently say that Hilton deserves its place among them. For families with children, it is an especially attractive choice. Five stars, wholeheartedly deserved! Thank you to the entire Hilton team for such a wonderful experience. We would be delighted to return and would happily recommend the hotel to friends and fellow travellers! 🙏🏻

Solo date night done right. 🥂 Incredible dinner, refreshing drinks, and a great musical playlist to set the vibe. Special shoutout to Prady,Emam,Prasan and Ricky I hope I have spelled there names correctly , thank you guys for the amazing hospitality. I'll definitely be back for my next solo night out.😊😊
