Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah

Pobyt byl přes cestovní kancelář, měli jsme polopenzi a pokoj pro tři s výhledem moře . Výhled na moře, jsme měli, když jsme se vyklonili z balkonu, jinak jsme se koukali do oken sousedního balkonu. Pristylku jsme museli urgovat. Když jsme upozornili cestovní kancelář, ze pokoj neodpovídá námi zaplacené dovolené, hotel Jim sdělil, ze to je vyhlídka na moře a ze máme smůlu. Nicméně jsme šli na recepci a pokoj nám vyměnili….. Druhy problém nastal asi po trech dnech, první tři večeře proběhly naprosto v pořádku, chodili jsme do restaurace kde byla perfektní nabídka jídla …. Pak nás ale poslali jinam s tím, ze hotel nestíhá a ze máme jít do vedlejší jídelny, kde byla třetina z původní nabídky, když jsem se po dvou večerech ozvala, řekli nám, ze máme přijít později nejlépe v 19.30, následující den večer, kdy jsme přišli v určenou hodinu, nás opět poslali do vedlejší jídelny s tím, ze opět nestíhají ….. pobyt stal pro dva dospělé a dítě opravdu hodně peněz …. Hotel je krásný, ale takhle si služby špičkového hotelu opravdu nepředstavují …. První dvě fotografie jsou z původního hotelu a třetí po výměně …..

Neha front office Vše bylo naprosto perfektní. Snídaně a večeře byly bohaté. Umístění hotelu na skvělém místě, vše bylo v dobré dostupnosti. Plážový servis zdrama. Všichni byli moc milý a nápomocní.thank you ms neha

I family came to Dubai for the first time and I took them to Hilton the Palm as I stayed there before. Given the availability across Dubai, I decide to get the rate directly from the hotel. I meet Jennifer at the reception who provided me with the tariff. I informed her that I would book if she had a high floor which she refused and said she had only 5th floor. We left to leave the hotel only to be bought back by the bell desk assistant at the door saying that he will speak to the manager and offer a high floor room. This Manager Paula also from the same country as Jennifer offer me a high floor and again directed me to Jennifer to complete the booking at the reception. We needed 2 rooms ( A standard and a sea facing with Breakfast. This Jennifer who I have never met before again started abusinv her position and said that the beakfast for me and my family would be taken saperately. I almost paid the same price for the room and this receptionist Jennifer went on and with her take it or leave it attitute. I called the manager Paula who finally came in a booked the rooms via my credit card. It was 2:30pm that time and at the same time Paula told me that our rooms are been made and will take a little time. We went to the restaurant in the hotel to take a bite while we wait for the room. 4:20pm the rooms still not ready. I went back to the reception but this Paula and this Jennifer who are from the same country refused to give me the room which I paid for. My entire weekend afternoon was destroyed by this two receptionist. Paula even refused to give me pool excess saying that I had to get the rooms keys first before going to the pool which is strange. The hilton reputation one of the best in the world but Hilton Palm Dubai has some very arrogant and unprofessional staff take wasted my time and We had to cancel our 2 room reservation for the 5th of September 2026 and go check-in the Atlantis Palm.

All is good and lovely, we love it here. Zoe from front desk was lovely and professional.

Awesome experience. This hotel is the best in town. Huge, clean, and super beautiful. Stopped by to have dinner in CLAW. Turns out to be the best experience. The food are to die for . Drinks super tasty. The outstanding thing about this place is the staff. They are super welcoming. From the hostess at the entrance by the name Rajani, to our amazing hosts Clara, Gloria, Madiha and Patrick. They made sure our visit was worthwhile. They served us with high level of professionalism and customer engagement. They are great ambassador of Claw and entire Hilton Thank you guys for having us. We will come again and again.
