Anaheim Marriott Suites

This is my favorite hotel, excellent customer service and professional management with care, Britney is the best person I’ve seen at this hotel she’s very professional, welcoming and helpful. Thanks a lot for everything and God bless you..

I do not recommend this hotel. When I arrived to check in, I was told that their credit card machine was not working, so the staff wrote down my credit card information on a piece of paper. They then asked for my phone number and wanted me to sign and date the same paper. I asked if I could simply return when the machine was working, but they told me it had already been down for approximately three weeks. In my opinion, allowing this practice to continue for that long is unacceptable and creates an unnecessary security risk. As someone who has previously experienced identity theft, I was extremely uncomfortable leaving my name, credit card information, phone number, and signature together on a loose piece of paper. I took the paper containing my information with me and chose not to stay at the hotel. A hotel should have a secure backup process for handling payments—not collect sensitive customer information on paper for weeks. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Sherain was so awesome and so professional. Literally a life saver. Highly recommend this place!!!

the blankets & sheets in room have holes & ac didn’t work properly. the fitness room is in poor shape. there is only 4 washers & 4 dryers for whole property. biggest problem for us was only 1 out of 4 elevators were working so they were packed with sometimes 10 people in one elevator also had to wait one night for over 20 minutes just to get on! definitely not worth the price & would not stay again!

Terrible experience. Spent 3 night there and had no hot water. No notice were given to us about the situation. When we found out and asked for ETA when the boiler would be fixed non were given. No accommodations were offered and they basically didn’t care. Ice machine didn’t work, pools were out of towels, Would not recommend this place. Management don’t care about customers service when they are busy.
