Knotts Berry Farm Resort Hotel

My stay at Knotts Hotel was great. Admission to parks were a great price through stay at hotel. Parking for both parks were free as well as breakfast buffet at the restaurant in the hotel. Rooms were very nice, and hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The only thing I think rooms could use was a microwave. Other than that a great low price for both hotel rooms, park Admission and parking.

The hotel itself is lovely. The pool is clean and fun, amazing splash area for kids and pool was perfect. Hot tub and plenty of seating. Also had service for pool side treats and kid friendly slushie drinks. Super friendly waiter. Check in was a breeze...staying at hotel allows you to also park at both parks, Knotts and Splash for free ..however walking to Knots is faster in my opinion from hotel. Room was nice and clean. Very comfortable. Water pressure was very low, but fine. I did have a few problems. I feel that the beds are not safe.. they have super sharp corners. And the mattresses move a lot. Like slip...the corners of bed are not protected..if that makes sense. I banged my leg so hard it gave me a hemotoma. :( My son also hit his legs too. The other issue we had was my ID was left at pool area on the 14th. And when we went to see if it was turned in on the 15th..in the evening, we were told nothing was in the safe. I had a flight on the 16th so I contacted TSA , was told I had to pay $45 for a fee to allow me additonal screening so I could get on plane. Paid it. Then the morning of 16th I asked one more time while checking out. After an hour they located it...in the safe. With a sticky note saying found on the 14th. :( The woman who helped me was super friendly and thorough. I m grateful she took additonal steps in trying to find where it was. But I already paid the fee, and lost an hour waiting in lobby while they located it..in the safe. Lol I also dont think we are the only one who's hit their legs on those beds! Ouch. The bruising was severe and the huge bump. :( Overall the hotel is great, just watch out for the corners and don't lose your ID haha.

The location cannot be beat! It is very central, with a lot of restaurants around it. Walking to Knotts Berry Farm is around 5 minutes, mostly in the shade, so yay! The hotel lobby is beautiful. The front desk always greets you with a smile. The restaurant has a good variety of food to choose from. We ate our breakfast and lunch at Thirty Acres. Parking felt really safe, as they have a guard roving the grounds, and an attendant when you enter. The pool is awesome. My kids loved the pool area. It is clean and there is a never ending supply of towels. LOL. I would definitely go back!

A friend recently stayed at this hotel during a visit to Knott’s Berry Farm and had a great experience, so they recommended it to us. We booked the hotel, amusement park tickets, parking, and breakfast package for the end of May. Since our kids got out of school before Memorial Day, we wanted to visit the park before the summer crowds arrived. I felt the package offered excellent value for everything that was included. The hotel has been recently refurbished and is very clean and fresh, with a charming farm-inspired theme and spacious rooms. We are a family of five with children ages 8, 10, and 12, so we opted for the oversized room, which accommodated us very comfortably. We originally booked a two-night stay but ended up adding a third night because we were enjoying the trip and didn't want to feel rushed. We spent one day at Knott’s Berry Farm and the next day at the water park. The water park was fantastic—we all absolutely loved it! The hotel also offers a shuttle to and from Disneyland. We used it once to go to dinner in Downtown Disney. The shuttle schedule is a little wonky, as you must reserve your spot once on hotel site. It only operates when reservations have been made rather than running on a set schedule. Even so, it’s a nice amenity to have available. The service was good overall. Some employees were more knowledgeable than others, but everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub! The restaurant food for both dinner and breakfast was okay. I would recommend sticking with simpler menu items rather than ordering a steak or anything particularly fancy. Kids enjoyed the kids sundae, which is a good price and value. If the breakfast buffet is included in your package, it’s definitely worth it, but it’s your typical hotel breakfast buffet—good enough, but nothing particularly memorable.

The Knott's Hotel was a great place to stay while visiting Knott's Berry Farm. We had several extended family members traveling together and they were able to accommodate our large group. We bought the package that included park tickets and a nice breakfast buffet. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the proximity to the park was a pleasant, short walk. We all thought it was a good value for everything included. We would defiantly stay here again.
