Oceanpoint Ranch

Oceanpoint Ranch looks beautiful in the photos, but the reality didn't live up to the price. The biggest issue was the bathroom—the bathtub didn't drain, leaving us standing in ankle-deep water while showering. The sink was cracked, the bathroom layout was awkward (the door opened directly into the toilet), and the ventilation window was covered in dust and spiderwebs. The bed and pillows were also very uncomfortable, and no one came to clean the room or replace towels during our stay. Overall, it wasn't worth the cost, and I wouldn't stay here again.

Nice area and no ce clean room, although a little small for 4-off us. The area is amazing with a beautiful boardwalk 5 minutes from the front door. This leads to a very nice bar a restaurant which was also pretty good. Downsides, not many, except the walls, windows and doors are paper thin. Any light sleeper will struggle here

Great quiet location, beautifully kept up. It’s like a luxury family camp from the 1950s. Super comfy beds and sparkling clean.

Right on the beach - so location is wonderful. Front desk staff are responsive and friendly. Housekeeping needs to be retrained on customer service.

Would choose somewhere else. Booked the rodeo suite for more room and the kitchen but not a lot worked and wasn’t easy to cook. The front desk had to ask to make sure there were pots when I called to check. Oven pan was too large for oven so we couldn’t use. Bring your own. Fire safety light stays on so bright at night you can’t sleep, and it blinks! Room needed maintenance. Window crank is broken, curtains off rails and shower door didn’t close, no blow dryer in the room and couldn’t get a response from the front desk until the morning. For the money i would choose another hotel.
