Ac Hotel By Marriott Miami Dadeland

Want to give a compliment and recognise Hernestor for having been so generous, kind and professional. Me and my colleague had arrived from the shopping too hungry. In the middle of our way back to hotel we bought a roast chicken to share between us. We couldn’t have ways to cut it into two halves, then we saw him passing by and asked him if it was possible to assist us. He did his very best to attend us. A great professional! Thank you so much

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Jocelyn at the AC Lounge Bar is an ABSOLUTE GEM — the BEST bartender I have ever had! I honestly cannot say enough incredible things about Jocelyn. In all my years of going out and visiting different hotels and bars, I have never encountered someone with such a genuinely beautiful personality, infectious energy, and natural talent for making people feel special. She is the definition of going above and beyond, and she deserves ALL the recognition in the world! We were staying at the hotel for my sister’s wedding, and Jocelyn went completely out of her way to make the experience extra special for us. She even came up with her own creative, thoughtful specialty shots for the occasion! You could tell she put genuine thought and effort into what she was doing, and it wasn’t just about serving drinks. She genuinely CARES about making people happy, creating memorable experiences, and making everyone around her feel welcome. What makes Jocelyn so exceptional is that her kindness feels REAL. She is so sweet, thoughtful, attentive, creative, and personable. You can tell she truly loves what she does, and that passion shines through in every interaction. Her energy and vibe are absolutely IMMACULATE. She has that rare ability to completely elevate the atmosphere of a place just by being herself. She made our night so much more fun, memorable, and special than it would have been otherwise. People like Jocelyn are the reason customers come back to a hotel, and I genuinely mean that when I say we would come back JUST to see her again! She is not just an amazing bartender; she is the kind of person who leaves a lasting impression and turns an ordinary evening into a memory you talk about long after you leave. Management, if you see this, PLEASE recognize what an incredible employee you have in Jocelyn. People with her personality, work ethic, creativity, and genuine heart are RARE. She is an absolute asset to your establishment, and I hope she knows how much of a difference she makes to the people she serves. Jocelyn, if you ever read this, THANK YOU for making our sister’s wedding weekend even more special! Never lose that beautiful energy of yours. The world needs more people like you, and the AC Lounge Bar is incredibly lucky to have you. We will absolutely be back! ❤️🍸

My stay at the AC hotel Dadeland was phenomenal. The staff was superb from the front staff to the housekeeping staff. Angelita was amazing and always pleasant. We asked and she delivered excellent attention to our needs. This all amidst a new system overnight. Noah was calm and took control of the situation like a pro. Can’t wait for my next visit.

Gissela was extremely helpful at guest check in. So welcoming and personable.

As Marriott Titanium Elite members, we travel extensively and have the opportunity to experience many of the Marriott brands around the world. Our preference when visiting family in Kendall is usually a stay at the Marriott Dadeland but we chose AC Dadeland this trip due to its high ratings. Should’ve been a great stay but it was horrible. After checking in, this was our experience… 1) Soiled towels on the bathroom floor in our assigned room (someone had clearly showered). Concerned that someone might already be assigned to the room, we called the front desk who assured us this was not the case. We requested Housekeeping to come and address the issue, which they did promptly. 2) Broken toilet seat - one bolt was broken causing the seat to “slip and slide”. 3) At bedtime, we discovered “remnants” from a previous guest in the bedding, indicating that Housekeeping had not changed the sheets prior to our arrival but had simply tidied them. A 2nd call to the front desk, now at 11:15 pm, requesting a new set of sheets, which we did ourselves b/c we were too tired to wait for Housekeeping. 4) The room A/C was malfunctioning - it was cold but extremely humid in our room. We woke up with damp hair, skin, etc. We adjusted the A/C on night two, which was marginally better but we couldn’t wait to leave so we checked out early. Our complaints on checkout were acknowledged as well as our suggestions that Housekeeping and Maintenance take action and we received some compensation for the numerous inconveniences but we will never stay at this property again and never recommend it to others.
