Omar was incredibly kind and had a wonderful attitude! I happened to meet him in the hallway near the guest rooms, and when I asked for his help, he immediately assisted me with the clogged toilet. He provided prompt, friendly, and outstanding service. Thank you, Omar, for making the experience so pleasant!
