Chesterfield Hotel & Suites

Absolutely do not stay at this hotel, it was a nightmare, no amenities whatsoever and the rooms were disgusting, and right at 11:00 the cleaning people will bust into your room and make you leave and are completely rude, they walked in on me when I was naked at 11:01 The bar doesn't even open until 5:00 p.m. and the hotel is just disgusting found hair all over my bed Not to mention they have roaches You should never walk into somebody's room before they have checked out, they just barged in my room. Never going back!

Hotel super consigliato!! Camera spaziosa e bel bagno grande. Personale pronto a intervenire ad ogni esigenza per accontentare il cliente. Vicinissimo alla spiaggia. Nonostante si trovi nella parallela di ocean drive, dove la notte c’è festa, non è rumoroso. Ho girato hotel a Miami a south beach e questo devo dire che è stato il mio preferito.

We got to the hotel early because of our cruise ship. I wanted to stay a couple days in South Beach. We know we can't check in early if there's no rooms available and we are OK with that. However, you can't check your bags so we would have to stay around the hotel with our luggage until 3 PM which is check in time. 7 hours sitting in the lobby instead on the beach. This was unacceptable. So we decided to fly home early. There was nothing we could do about reimbursement because you need three days prior to cancel. I usually stay at The Balfour Hotel. They are so kind to us and let us check our bags, so we wouldn't miss any beach time. I have to say the staff had no sympathy for us. Hey, we're tourist from Vegas but I have to say in Vegas the hospitality is OnPoint.
