Days Inn by Wyndham Miami Airport North

Room was a little out dated but other than that it was great. Friendly staff at counter (check in) . I usually stay in the higher end hotels but because with my sister this was done. Was looking for cheaper. Let me tell you this was great. May rethink it next time and stay at those locations as well and save some money. Nothing to see in area. Gas station and Mc Donald’s are in close walking distance. Nice little sports bar a little further down. Order wings and pizza from menu inside room from outside source. Not to good but it did the job.

Had a long over in Miami and they allowed us to checked in early. Thank you we appreciated it so much after traveling for 2 days.

This has been the worst experience with any hotel. Very rude staff, not helpful, after many calls for shuttle service there was very little details provided. Multiple times I was hung up on by the front desk. When flying into an unknown location and not being familiar with the airport terminal they should provide more specific details on pickup location. All the email stated was first level for 7 or 15. Stating Door 7 or 15 at arrivals would be much better and specific. Had to pay $30 to be shuttled to a bug infested hotel. When we went to the first room bugs were in the toilet bowl, wife went to use toilet paper for wipe the toilet and bugs come crawling out of the toilet paper. Being 1:30 AM and having just paid $30 for shuttle service we had to request a new room versus a refund. Rooms are very dated and not clean, smelling of a musky odor.Be wise and spend a little extra money at a better hotel!!! TRUST ME PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE AND HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!
