La Quinta Inn & Suites Miami Airport East

from check in to check out did not have a good experience. Reserved for six nights, end up staying only five. Two days without TV, had to switch room three times. We were three guests and they only provided towels for two guests. Had to continuosly request the extra towel. customer service is the worst, specially the late nigth shift. they are very unfriendly and desrespectfull. asked to speak with the manager in more than one ocassion but was not available. do not wish the experience to anyone.

First the location is good that is the only good think I going to said now the TV, A/C is not working, the toilet not flush and the the room smell bad

We stayed here on a day pass after a cruise, before the airport. Room was clean, we really only needed the room for luggage storage and a shower before our evening flight. Hoped to use the pool but there was only 2 loungers and a chair, so instead went for a walk , we found a wonderful little bar serving food and beers . So we sat there most of the afternoon. It was good value for what we needed it for. Disappointed with the poor facilities at the pool though 😬
