Mimosa Hotel

Very accessible location. Staffs are helpful 24/7. Good location where all the actions. Close to the ocean and sitting on the beach. There is swimming pool on the site and bar as well. My wife and I enjoyed this hotel a lot!

Coincidently located on beach. Rooms clean. Food mediocre. States towels provided but unable to get due to availability. Chairs/umbrella nice feature. Given someone else’s room key at check in walking in on them is very uncomfortable experience. When you’re a member and pay a decent amount for the room you expect a little better service. Maybe a free breakfast for the wrong check in or a credit of some sort.

Just disappointing, staff are not helpful, Elevator was broken the hotel has stairs no way to easily get luggage up to the other elevator. When the elevator in the lobby is broken. no ramps when you enter the hotel you have to pull luggage up the stairs. They should have someone at the door to help guest with their suitcase. The Hotel is on a very busy intersection, and the gravel parking lot is self-park. They should not charge $25 dollars parking a day. They are not rude, but they don't make you feel valued or welcome unless you spend a good amount of money. But the Bartenders at the location are awesome! My TV was broken I could not stream my favorites shows the first day. TV could not connect to the internet. They had to swap out TV which was a production. The breakfast was good $20 for breakfast was worth the view on the 5th floor and food was good. The Hotel did have a damp wet mildew smell on the first floor, but you get used to it. Lobby staff seem to be in a hurry for you to check-out they will ask you if you are checking out even when you are just waiting for the elevator to go back up to your room. The young lady was very young probably did not know it is rude or could be perceived as negative but still hotel staff is a reflection of management. Guest should be told that gratuity %12 or %15 will be charge to your meal or drinks. The only saving quality of this hotel is the Bartenders. the pool and beach. What you spend a night verse what your room appearance does not aligned. Even more so since the hotel is located on the nicer side of Miami. If you are a solo traveler this isn't for you because the staff will not offer to help with anything.

The stay in this hotel was good, the location at Miami Beach was perfect. The restaurant is very good. We enjoyed our stay.

Hotel has a lovely view but charged us $1,500 for 3 nights and refused to loan us 2 wine glasses for the room despite us spending a lot of money in the bar throughout our stay. No need to be so stingy.
