Great Budget Hotel. From the people on reception to the room attendant they were all great. The pool was lovley and the room spacious and clean. Very close to the train train to south miami. Definitely would use again for my pre and post cruise stays.

Dear Roadway Inn Management, I am writing to express my profound disappointment with my recent stay at your establishment. My experience fell significantly short of expectations, and I believe it warrants a thorough review of your services. During my stay, several significant issues arose. Firstly, the air conditioning unit in my room malfunctioned repeatedly. On the first day, the unit leaked water onto the floor. While maintenance addressed this, the problem recurred the following day, necessitating a second repair visit. Secondly, access to my room proved consistently problematic. The key card repeatedly deactivated, requiring multiple trips to the front desk for reactivation. This inconvenience significantly disrupted my stay. Furthermore, I observed a cockroach in the room, which is wholly unacceptable in a hotel setting. The cleanliness and overall condition of the room did not meet the standards I would expect, particularly considering prior information suggesting recent renovations. The disparity between this information and my personal observation is concerning. Finally, I was unexpectedly charged both a garage fee and a separate hotel fee, the details of which I would appreciate clarification on. I hope you will address these concerns promptly and take appropriate action to prevent similar experiences for future guests. I trust this matter will be given your serious attention.
