Rodeway Inn South Miami-Coral Gables

I originally booked a reservation at Rodeway Inn South Miami Coral Gables from December 21–28. I had to check out early on December 24th. The reservation policy clearly states that the penalty for changes after the deadline is limited to one night. I checked out early with the front desk accordingly. The hotel told me to contact Expedia for the refund. Expedia then told me they can't do any refunds, and they did not provide a clear reason. I reached out to the hotel directly via email and received no response. As of January 1st, the refund for the unused nights and parking remains unresolved due to lack of communication. Very disappointing experience and poor follow-up.

elevator is about to break down. the men at the front desk are not helpful. However, the women at the front desk are every helpful. pool is only for guests. crackheads running around rampant. the security guard Jaim is awesome but overall this hotel is trash. the floor is breaking apart and the toilet barely flushes. the king bed is comfortable but the sheets are few. The AC DOES WORK WELL.

Ask at the desk for price on a room. “The cheapest we have is $$$ “ I went on Expedia and got the room for almost 50% less. The rooms are not cleaned. The room service is a dice roll in what you’re getting. Anything to sheets folded and laid on the bed to a bed made and a couple clean towels. The next door neighbors have children that are on a constant full volume. Screaming and banging until 1 am. Completely disrespectful. I’m on the 4th floor and there currently at the pool and can be heard over the tv at excessive volume. I have 4 more days left until I return back home. Not the experience/vacationI was hoping for.
