SLS Brickell Hotel & Residences

Trochu překvapilo, že 60 dolarů pokojová služba přišla v dárkovém pytlíku a kartónových odběrových bednách. Obývací pokoj vypadá jako místnost pro hosty, kde je pár párků libovolně umístěného základního nábytku. Vše vypadá superficiálně, ale skutečná kvalita / povrchové úpravy se zdají být průměrné / nízké. Naopak, zaměstnanci byli přátelští, pokoj je obrovský (dostali jsme upgrade na 2 BR / 2, 5 BA apartmá) a jídlo z pokojové služby bylo opravdu docela chutné. Doufám, že přidají trochu více polštáře, jak se dostanou do rostoucí bolesti.

Christian was very rude and not helpful when it came to an accusation that turned out to be the wrong person. We never got an apologie and we were also over charged on our bill. The receipt at checkout and the credit card charge did not match up. I had to file a dispute with credit card since Christian was no help. Check all the negative reviews on Google. I wish I told them seriously before booking.

Unfortunately, my check-in experience was disappointing. The official check-in time was 4:00 PM, but my room was not ready until around 4:40 PM. Considering the high price of this hotel, I expected better organization and punctuality. I had a scheduled commitment and the delay directly affected my plans, causing me to be late. What was even more disappointing was that no compensation, courtesy, or meaningful solution was offered for the inconvenience. At a hotel in this price range, I believe guests should be able to expect their room to be available at the promised check-in time, or at least receive appropriate consideration when that does not happen. Unfortunately, this was not the level of service I expected.

I had the Best experience at SLS Lux Hotel, and Ihave to say that it was the Best Star because I did a couples Massage at Lux Medspa Brickell. The Best spa in Miami

This is the 4th SLS property I’ve visited and the most impressive. We booked a two bedroom suite for our 9-year old’s birthday , essentially just a place to stay for the night (pre bday boat morning). The suite was beautiful, and surprisingly quiet . The wrap-around balcony and laundry were pleasant surprises , as was the large fridge and spacious dining area. The room service ends early (5:30p during our stay) BUT the hotel is in the middle of everything and we had zero issue with Uber Eats delivering literally 3 different restaurants to our room. Our family would 100% stay there again, hopefully next time we’ll take advantage of the other amenities.
