The staff was amazing. atmosphere was very calm and the room was very comfortable

I was there for 7 days on Saturday night we lost water for 8 hours no water whatsoever you couldn’t flush the toilet or wash your hands, I called the front desk they told me to go to the 5th floor to shower and go to the bathroom. Come on your paying more than 3 thousand for this to happen and your on vacation in the states you can do better! I was staying in the 23rd floor the struggle was real for me to go up and down to the 5th floor to use the restroom. They told me the manager was going to call me till this day nothing I haven’t heard from them. Never again Solé !

★★☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience — serious maintenance and sanitation concerns. We stayed at Solé Miami with our family for 4 nights. The location and beach access are great, but unfortunately the property condition and management response were far below expectations. The biggest concern was sanitation. We saw multiple rodents around the pool bar area, including near the counter and utensils area where food and drinks are served. My daughter had already consumed food and a drink from this same area before we noticed the issue, which was very concerning for us as parents. We reported the situation during our stay. Hotels.com contacted the property regarding the issue, but the hotel did not provide any resolution or compensation. Beyond this, the property needs significant maintenance. We noticed rust, deteriorated structures, peeling paint, areas that appear neglected, and overall lack of proper upkeep. The room comfort was also disappointing. The mattresses were extremely worn out, sinking in the middle, with very little support left. For a stay costing over $1,500 for four nights, plus additional resort fees, parking, and food/beverage expenses, this was not the standard we expected. Beautiful location, but the property needs urgent attention to sanitation, maintenance, and guest experience.

This was the perfect place to celebrate our 11th anniversary. The staff was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. The property was well-maintained, comfortable, and welcoming. Prior to our arrival, I requested champagne and a fruit bowl. The champagne was waiting for us perfectly chilled, and the fruit selection was excellent and thoughtfully placed in the refrigerator. The only minor issue we experienced was with breakfast on Sunday. We ordered breakfast potatoes that tasted as though they had been prepared the day before, and unfortunately, they were not very good. Aside from that small disappointment, every other meal we ordered was delicious, and the service was consistently wonderful. Thank you, Sole, for helping make our anniversary celebration so special. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

Don’t often write bad reviews but felt this was needed, stick with it cos it’s going to be a long one. Arrived at check in to a line or other guests complaining about a long delay on something being fixed. Our check in was okay at best, we were misinformed about the pool/beach drinks time. Our bags did take a while to get up to the room which was annoying as we wanted to head out to the beach asap. Again miss informed by staff about the beach bar service. Really slow service getting positioned on the beach itself and found it really hard to understand the girl who seemed troubled to help us. The staff in the restaurant were much better, drinks and food were possibly the only good thing apart from the hotels location. Get to the room to find no running water just when we needed to get ready for the evening. Which thinking back was what the complaints were at check-in. This got fixed in a few hours. The next evening when we got back from a World Cup game, our room was cleaned but we were left only fresh face towels, which I only found out when stepping out the shower. I made sure to wear the only towel available to me once housekeeping arrived with fresh full size towels. My girl called down to guest services to ask for the needed towels and it was made to seem like another ordeal for the staff to accommodate such an odd request. There was a mix up on the room number, even though we used the room phone. I guess you can’t have running water and towels the same day here. Really wasn’t the best short stay, everything just seemed a little off.
