Best place to stay if you are cruising out of the Port of Miami. Clean rooms, $15 per person shuttle to cruise port. Staff was amazing. On site restaurant.

At 2am my wife and I had to find a new hotel because our previously booked one had bugs and hair in the bed (days inn). We were within walking distance luckily and got a king suit. When they heard it was our honeymoon they even gave us a generous discount for an inconvenience which wasn’t even theirs. We are so grateful for the staff who made our night easier and for a clean room!

Our confirmed two-night booking at this hotel, priced at just over £300, was cancelled without explanation shortly before the World Cup period. At the same time, the identical room appeared to be re-listed for approximately £1161 for the same dates. What was most frustrating was not just the cancellation itself, but the lack of transparency and communication throughout the process. Travellers booking around major events should be cautious and ensure they have contingency plans in place.
