Candlewood Suites New York City- Times Square

A pretty decent place to stay quite close to the Times Square. Although it was a sold out date and hotel was full, front desk was very kind enough to accommodate us for an early check-in after an overnight flight. Touria was very professional while keeping a friendly attitude. Would definitely recommend!

Eu e minha namorada ficamos 7 diárias do dia 01/04 até 11/04 Nossa experiência foi maravilhosa no hotel, desde o check in até o check out. Fomos recebido pelo Kenny que em toda nossa estadia foi MUITO gentil, atencioso, prestativo, educado e sempre querendo saber de como estava a nossa estadia e se os mimos que são servidos pelo hotel durante o dia, aliás obrigado Kenny e espero que chegue até você esse elogio. Outra coisa que o hotel disponibiliza cafés, águas quentes, chás de graça e durante o dia sempre tinha cokies ou snacks, suco de uvas e cafés gelados como mimos. Quartos mega amplos e tudo organizado e funcionando, cozinha com tudo que necessita. útilizamos a cozinha para fazermos algumas refeições e não faltou nada e caso precise tem na recepçao do hotel outros utensílios. Banheiro também com secador, shampoo, sabonetes de qualidades e água bem quente. Localização é MUITO boa, perto da estação de trem e com diversos cafés e outros bares para comprar e comer. Caso nós voltemos a manhatann, com certeza ficaremos novamente neste hotel.

I stayed in this hotel on a solo trip to new york at christmas. At first, i was a bit nervous, seeing some of the reviews on here, but after my stay i dont get why I was worried at all! The hotel is in a great location, close to the subway, food, and many tourist attractions in walking distance! I checked in around midnight, and despite the late time the hotel staff were absolutely lovely the whole way through. There were multiple times i had to go them for help (due to my own nonsense) and every time they couldnt have been more helpful. I was on the fourth floor, and my room was spotless. No dirt, dust, or anything gross. The bathrooms come with some shampoo, conditioner and body wash, and as someone who forgot to pack my own, this was a lifesaver. Also free tea, coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby? Absolutely loved it!! People say the rooms are outdated, but honestly i strongly disagree with it. Maybe its because I've stayed in the most budget of budget hotels in London, in some of the most run down hotels ive ever slept in (im talking blood on the walls over there, London is crazy!) This hotel was like luxury to me! It had A/C which also worked as a heater, and as how cold NYC is over Christmas, was seriously amazing. Yes, there are a fair few homeless and beggars on the streets at night. But as a solo 18 year old female, I never felt threatened or scared, just use your streetsmarts and ignore them! No matter what city you go to, you're going to encounter stuff like that! So overall, I highly reccomend this hotel to anyone whos looking to go to New York on a budget. Great hotel, great staff, and great location!
