Extremely Disappointing Customer Service Although I did not end up staying at this hotel, I feel it is important to share my experience because customer service begins long before check-in. Immediately after making my reservation, I realized I had accidentally booked the wrong date. I contacted the hotel within minutes to explain that it was an honest mistake and asked if they could help by changing the date or authorizing a cancellation. Unfortunately, there was no willingness to help. What disappointed me the most was the way I was treated. The staff was rude and dismissive, and the manager spoke to me in an unprofessional manner before ending the phone call abruptly. Even a Booking.com representative who contacted the hotel on my behalf experienced the same hostile attitude. I fully understand that hotels have cancellation policies, but exceptional customer service means showing empathy when a genuine mistake is reported immediately. A simple gesture of understanding would have prevented a very stressful situation. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel because of its lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and unwillingness to assist a guest acting in good faith. I hope management reflects on how they communicate with customers and recognizes that courtesy and respect are just as important as policies.

Very nice hotel for a quick stay during a long layover. Rooms are small but efficient, comfortable beds and a nice shower. In room Keurig which is always nice. Decent hot breakfast. Friendly staff. We'd stay here again if the need arose.

Almost all aspects of this hotel are poor 1. The airport shuttle is scheduled only once in an hour, that too is unpunctual 2. The front desk staff is disinterested in everything. 3. The card machine cannot accept cards that have a verification pin 4. The twin double bedded room supposed to accommodate 4 adults doesn’t have space even to stretch your arms. We had ro move the furniture around to accommodate the luggage and open the main door. This one’s so bad that Comfort Inns are now definitely out of consideration for all future travel - it’s more discomfort than comfort
