Holiday Inn Express NYC Brooklyn - Sunset Park

Since this is my very first time staying in this property that’s located on the same street as many of the other properties I’ve experienced. I wasn’t sure what to expect. Front Desk Agent Linda completely removed all of my fears by providing the most friendly, professional and helpful service I’ve ever had at any hotel in Brooklyn so far! Manuel was super helpful too! I know I’m going to have an amazing experience in this very clean, comfortable and beautiful property! 💖👏😁🏆

This was the 26th Holiday Inn Express hotel we stayed in during 2026. The hotel room was slightly smaller than Holiday Inn Express hotel rooms outside of New York City. But since we our trip was only 2 days long ww packed in smallee suitcases. The space was certainly adequate. And the room layout was the same as other hotels in the chain, so we felt right at home. The hotel has 20 floors and an indoor parking garage. Guest rooms are on the 3rd floor and above. The breakfast area is on the second floor. The hotel located in an industrial area in Long Island City (Queens) near Brooklyn. The area is quiet and safe. The hotel and guest rooms are clean. Breakfast was the signature Holiday Inn Express breakfast. The dining room was actually nicer and more spacious than most other HIE hotels and had nice views of the sky line. We paid the $40 to park in the garage. The garage was a little tight but big enough for our 3 row Kia Telluride.
